BizHostNC Terms and Conditions

BizHostNC - Web hosting and IT services in North Carolina

Last updated: October 22, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and BizHostNC ("we", "us") for the hosting, email and IT services you order from us. By ordering or using a service, you agree to them.

Your account

  • Give us accurate contact and billing details and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your passwords safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
  • You must be at least 18, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to order.

Payment and renewals

  • Services are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Invoices are due by their due date. If an invoice is unpaid, we may suspend the service after notice and, if it stays unpaid, terminate it and delete its data.
  • Prices may change at renewal. We'll give you notice before a price change applies to you.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel any time from the client area or by contacting us. The service stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments aren't refunded unless the law requires it or we agree otherwise in writing. Domain registrations and third-party licenses can't be refunded.

Acceptable use

You may not use our services to:

  • break the law, or host content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademarks;
  • send spam or bulk email to people who didn't ask for it;
  • host malware or phishing pages, or attack, scan or break into other systems;
  • run anything that puts too much load on a shared server, such as crypto mining, or harms other customers' service.

We may suspend a service that breaks these rules or puts our network at risk, and we'll tell you why. For serious or repeated abuse we may terminate it.

Backups

We back up hosting accounts as described in your plan, but backups are a safety net, not a guarantee. Keep your own copy of anything important.

Uptime and support

We work hard to keep services running and fix problems quickly, and you can see live service status on our Status page. Scheduled maintenance is announced ahead of time when we can. We don't promise uninterrupted service unless your plan says so in writing.

Your content

You own what you host with us. You give us permission to store, copy and serve it only as needed to provide the service. You're responsible for your content and for having the rights to it.

Limits on liability

Services are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the affected service in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and update the date above, and for important changes we'll email customers before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
